1. 12-Month Warranty
Our 1-year warranty applies to all products purchased through DEXARIS' official channels. The warranty period begins on the shipment date. We offer complete after-sales customer service to ensure your satisfaction. For any assistance, please contact us at support@dexaris.com.hk.
2. 30-Day Refund Guarantee
Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for any reason. The date of receipt will be based on the tracking number's delivery confirmation.
Please confirm the condition of the returned product. If the condition is not verified, the refund request will be void. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees in these cases. Refund requests for products received more than 30 days ago will not be accepted. For purchases made via third-party platforms or retailers, please contact them directly for refunds, replacements, or other after-sales services.
3. Quality-Related Issues
3.1. Damaged/Deformed Outer Packaging
If you receive a damaged or deformed package, please immediately contact us with the order number, detailed issue description, and photos of the damaged package and confirmation document. Upon verification, customers can choose a full refund or replacement.
3.2. Missing Items from the Package
Please check the contents before signing for it. If items are missing, contact us with your order number and detailed information (texts/photos/videos). After verification, customers can request a replacement or partial refund for the missing items.
We will cover return and replacement shipping fees for issues such as damaged packaging, missing items, or misdeliveries.
We are not responsible for any compensation for packages marked as delivered to the correct address (per tracking information), including refunds or replacements.
3.3. DOA (Dead on Arrival)
For DOA cases, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods with the order number and issue details (texts/photos/videos).
Once the product is confirmed DOA, we will provide the return address. Upon receipt, customers can opt for a full refund or replacement.Dexaris will cover shipping fees for DOA-related returns and replacements.

Customers must provide proof of purchase and detailed issue information (texts/photos/videos). We will provide troubleshooting assistance and document the process.

1) Shipping Fees:
Within 30 days of receipt: Dexaris covers all shipping fees.
After 30 days: Customers cover return shipping fees, and Dexaris covers replacement shipping fees.
2) Returns:
All accessories must be included with returns.
Returns must include original packaging or equivalent protection.
Returns must be sent to the designated warehouses.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Warranties will be void if incorrect or defective products are returned to unauthorized locations.
3) Refunds:
The refund process will begin once the returned item arrives at the designated warehouse.
Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method.
4) Refund Exceptions:
If refund limits for the month are reached, we may refund through PayPal instead. This process takes 48-72 hours.
Product Replacement

1) Normal wear and tear
2) Products without proof of purchase
3) Lost or stolen products
4) Products outside the warranty period
5) Discontinued or out-of-stock models
6) Free or giveaway products, or resold items
7) Unauthorized third-party repairs
8) Intentional damage
9) Damages from natural disasters or social events (e.g., wars, strikes)
10) Misuse or improper handling of products (e.g., drops, water damage, overclocking)
5. Limitation of Liability
Warranty will be void if the product is damaged by human error or misuse. Dexaris can only provide replacements or spare parts through general sales channels, with customers responsible for shipping fees.
Damages caused by overclocking, even with Dexaris hardware/software, are not covered by the warranty.
Except as outlined in this warranty, Dexaris disclaims any other express or implied warranties.
Dexaris is not liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond its control, such as property damage, loss of data, or business interruptions.
